Role
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of contact for the collation of chargeable works across multiple contracts and workstreams. Providing a high understanding of the importance of capturing chargeable sales across the business and monitoring valuations through to the invoice stage, and updating the system to ensure compliance.

  • Collation of chargeable works across multiple contracts and workstreams
  • Ownership of the chargeable works administration whilst co-working on various other contracts to ensure high levels of knowledge within the team
  • Monitor the capturing of all chargeable works through system reporting and liaising with Contract Managers and Heads of Regions for cost information and completion updates to push valuations to PO and invoice stage.
  • Liaising with clients and back office where necessary
  • Participate in finance meetings where necessary
  • Using the main database to complete any associated administrative tasks, logging information accurately and concisely
  • All associated ad-hoc administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably from a social housing/contractor background
  • Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular, Outlook and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills
