Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and assisting with various projects, making it a vital part of our organisation.

Duties

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
  • Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed
  • Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Provide clerical support, including typing reports and memos
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure effective communication
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required

Experience

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
  • Previous clerical experience will be an advantage
