This is office based role - 5 days in the office.

Creative Car Park (CCP) helps small to medium land and site owners maximise the value, convenience, and security of their parking areas. Role Overview

This is a telesales-focused role at the core of CCP's sales engine. Your primary responsibility is to create new commercial opportunities and book high‑quality meetings for our Regional Sales Managers. You will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across the UK to support our growth objectives.

You will work closely with:

  • Regional Managers – your key stakeholders, relying on you for a steady pipeline of qualified meetings.
  • Sales Director – aligning on strategy, pipeline quality, and commercial performance.
  • Customer Insight Manager – leveraging market intelligence to improve targeting.
  • Learning & Development Manager – supporting your ongoing development and skills enhancement.

Your work directly contributes to securing new business from commercially viable sites and expanding CCP's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound opportunities via proactive telesales activity.
  • Book qualified, commercially viable meetings for Regional Managers.
  • Qualify leads to ensure strong fit and commercial potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers to maximise conversion success.
  • Use insight and data to refine targeting and outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow sales cadences.
  • Leverage social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Support wider commercial initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales experience.
  • Strong appointment‑setting and opportunity‑creation ability.
  • Confident, engaging communicator with excellent verbal and written English.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and capable of managing high call volumes.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Target‑driven, resilient, and motivated.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, especially with Regional Managers
