**Role Summary**:
As a Internal Sales Representative, you will assist the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will evolve with the role, initially focusing on:

- **Maintain Pipeline Health**: bymaintaining and updating your personal CRM with accurate lead information, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- **Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants**: to keep the pace of pipeline movement by arranging client meetings and providing support during client meetings and technical discussions. This may involve taking notes and facilitating key post-meeting action points.
- **Managing the sales pipeline**:by identify, research, and qualify new sales leads.
- **Assist and collaborate**: with the Technical Sales Consultants and internal teams to prepare and send sales proposals, including gathering and organising quote request information for the internal estimating team.
- **Assisting sales team with planning**: for CPD training events (teams and F2F) including planning, invites and following up attendees post session.
- **Working towards to teams goals**:

- **Occasionally representing the company**: at industry exhibitions and events, and contribute to following up of leads afterwards
- **Occasionally visit site**: with the Technical Consultant

**About You**:

- Effective Time and Task management.
- Self Accountability, motivation, discipline and ownership of tasks.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Previous task coordination experience (advantageous).
- Proficient in using CRM systems and/or other sales software (advantageous).
- Strong research and lead-generation skills (advantageous).
- Proven ability to communicate with people both digitally and by phone (advantageous).
- History of completing daily tasks on time without management oversight (advantageous).
- Sales experience or a technical background (advantageous).

**Additional Information**:

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (42.5 Hours)

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to commute or relocate to Derby.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
