**About us**

Lomond Plant Limited was incorporated in 1988. Over the last 3 decades Lomond have built up a reputation of providing the latest up to date construction equipment and offering a friendly and professional service to all our customers nationwide.

Our staff retention is second to none; our operational staff and plant operators are integral part of our business and share our ethos - the customer’s success is the key to our success.

With that we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager who can work with and develop our exisiting customer base. This postion would ideally suit someone with excellent communication skills, good attitude and a desire to ensure good customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Analyse account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Strong sales skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 3 years (required)
