The role will require sound knowledge of the H&S and CDM Regulations across a variety of sectors.
The role can be full-time, part-time or on a job-share basis.
Here's What You'll Do
- Undertake H&S management and CDM commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
- Ensures commissions are completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.
- Manage the delivery of H&S/CDM outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards ie:
- Support in gathering /compiling information to enable compilation of relevant H&S documentation
- Undertake H&S related audits
- Support H&S related workshops
- Attendance at relevant meetings
- Support in creation of H&S training programmes
- Ensure you are an effective communicator and problem solver
- Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity and an ability to communicate effectively at different levels
Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:
- NEBOSH Cert Qualified in H&S/Construction safety or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in H&S
- Excellent IT Skills .
- Passionate about delivering delivering high quality services.
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to give and receive feedback in a positive and engaging manner.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively, identifying and communicating issues at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Is accountable and responsible for own actions
- Ability to work under own initiative where appropriate
- Keen to work as part of a team and to develop and progress career development.
- Quality focused, engendering a right first-time approach.
- Supporter of social and CSR activities, promoting a positive and enjoyable workplace
- Full UK or EU driving license.
Preferred Skills
- Working towards and maintaining recognised professional H&S qualification eg TechIOSH
- Provide effective support to teams as necessary.
- Effectively manage deadlines and be diligent working within contract scope
- Strong organizational and planning abilities..
Desirable Skills
- Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors.
- Liaise and build relationship with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working in a consulting environment
