NHS Lanarkshire is looking to recrute an Executive PA, based within Kirklands - NHS Headquarters.
The Executive PS provides a high level of confidential personal assistant support which contributes to the overall work of the director and the directorate and supports the work of the Corporate Management Team by assisting the planning and organisation of the directors workload

What we'll need you to bring- A relevant secretarial qualification at HND/HNC level or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience working for a senior manager within a complex organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of detailed secretarial procedures, including shorthand and software programmes.
- Able to devise detailed administrative processes
