The Role:
As a Cyber Operations Specialist you will join a team providing cutting edge solutions.
Day-to-day, you will be working within a team who work with the latest innovations, providing solutions to complex problems.
Essential experience of the Cyber Operations Specialist:
A good understanding of national security expectations and personal security behavioursExcellent self and cultural awareness with a flexible and adaptable attitudeThe ability to translate between different and conflicting culturesPrevious experience working in a collaborative and mission focused team with the ability to work in demanding real-time operational mission environmentsA good awareness of digital technology, cyber security and UK cyber strategyThe ability to be proactive and take carefully judged initiatives at the right momentsDesirable experience for the Cyber Operations Specialist:
Previous experience of working in a national security environment/cultureDefence experience or experience of working in cultures driven by mission focus and expertisePrior experience of cyber operationsAbility to understand synthetic environments, modelling and simulationPrevious war gaming experienceEssential qualifications for the Cyber Operations Specialist:

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern site and is fully on-site. Travel to other sites will be required.
Please note DV clearance will be required for this role.

The Malvern facility is noted for its work in electronic warfare, surveillance and complex system integration, contributing significantly to the UK's defence capabilities. Developing technologies for military and civilian applications, including sensors, communications and cyber security
