This role is hands-on and execution-focused, translating strategy into architecture and implementation. You will have a granular understanding of our data and analytical systems and serve as the organization’s data and digital architecture SME for Cyber Program projects.The Cyber Data, Analytics and AI function within AXA Group Cyber CoE manages data and analytics related to cyber insurance globally, aiming to create top-tier cyber risk analytics and AI solutions across AXA entities.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills, and abilities:Extensive experience in relevant architecture roles, with expertise in insurance (especially cyber) data strategy and architecture.Experience with organizations operating multiple entities globally is preferred.Understanding of security committees like CIFIUS.Deep expertise in distributed, decentralized domain design supporting multi-entity architectures.Knowledge of data mesh concepts and federated governance approaches.Hands-on experience with:Azure cloud platformBig data technologiesMachine Learning, AI, LLM applications in Cyber Data AnalyticsMessaging queues, streaming, event-driven architectureUnstructured data managementO365 environmentContainer & Orchestration platformsRelational databases and SQLMicroservicesETL/ELT technologiesData management and analyticsReference & Master Data ManagementAccess control and securityAdditional skills include leadership, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, and Continuous Delivery methodologies.Responsibilities include:Understanding user requirements and current environments to develop an architecture roadmap.Guiding the full lifecycle of solutions, translating business capabilities into technical solutions.Defining non-functional requirements and documenting solution interactions.Ensuring security by design, meeting all compliance and industry standards.Demonstrating tools, patterns, and security in lab environments as needed.Participating in defining adoption metrics and measuring solution success.Presenting architecture decisions and educating stakeholders.Acting as a strategic advisor and contributing to the development of strategic architecture. xpwpeyx Communicating effectively across business lines and influencing decisions.Apply For Job#J-18808-Ljbffr
