London, Greater London, United Kingdom MyEdSpace Full time £29,000 - £42,000 per year

At MyEdSpace, we find the best teachers on the planet and empower them to become the most inspiring, tech-enabled educators, able to reach the students who need them most – wherever they are, whatever their means.

Because we believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of geography or socioeconomic background, to achieve their dreams and build a brighter future.

We achieve this by combining top teaching talent with cutting-edge technology, delivering engaging lessons and offering meaningful support to students and their families.

Our vision is ambitious: to revolutionize education, empower millions of students globally, and provide high-quality learning opportunities that transform lives.

We have just completed our Series A from top-tier investors and are ready to scale - we want you to lead the charge with us.

If you're a top-performer, incredibly ambitious, and excited to redefine an industry on a societal level and make a real impact on the world - we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be working directly with our Co-Founders and the rest of the Founder's Team. In true start-up fashion, this is an incredibly varied role where you will be involved in projects across all functions of the company – expect to work across marketing, sales, customer success, strategy, HR, business development and more. All internships at MyEdSpace are paid positions. This is a 3-month internship (full-time) with the aim to evolve into a permanent position – our goal is to develop you into a valuable member of the team

If you're a recent graduate who is hardworking, driven, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced start-up environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
You will be expected to:

  • Work closely with the Founder's Team; working across projects that touch all functions of the business to help define, develop and implement company objectives
  • Assist in building the operations of the company and implement key processes, decision-making frameworks, and automating workflows in order to prepare to scale-up
  • Sell to potential customers, learn from them and answer their questions
  • Work with the marketing & content teams to generate, record and edit viral content
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by the founders, i.e. financial modelling, compliance tasks, competitor analysis, etc.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this role:

  • You are a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from a top University
  • You have excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • You are adaptable and hardworking
  • You get things done today, not tomorrow
  • You are comfortable with high levels of end-to-end responsibility
  • You are honest, transparent and open to feedback in order to improve. We are extremely honest with everyone in the team, including upward feedback
  • You are incredibly organized, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple complex projects and responsibilities simultaneously
