About the Role
This is a high-ownership internship where you'll work directly with our core team to solve business-critical problems, launch new initiatives, and fix whatever's broken. It's a front-row seat to how a fintech scales across markets.

What You'll Own
Market Scouting: Research new opportunities, size market potential, flag go/no-go points and build arguments.
Modelling & Analysis: Build financial and operational models to support decisions across the business.
Experimentation: Design scrappy, fast experiments to validate demand before we scale.
Go-Live Ops: Coordinate with product, compliance, and ops to launch new features or partnerships.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot operational challenges across the funnel and make processes smoother.
Who You Are
A hustler - proactive, scrappy, and relentless about getting things done.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and modelling.
A clear thinker with excellent communication skills (comfortable presenting to CXOs).
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Bonus: Experience in startups, partnerships, or exposure to fintech.
