STAFFORDSHIRE GRILL AND LION HOTEL

We're looking for a Breakfast Chef to help support the kitchen team reporting into the Head Chef,. You will serve breakfast over a five day week, working typically 6.30am to 1.30pm daily. This role will involve some weekends. We are able to offer you more hours based around your availability and skill set.

We're located in the gorgeous little village of Brewood ST19 9BS. You must live locally or have your own transport, as there is no public transport.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Are already a line chef in a restaurant or hotel known for food, style and service
  • Are a passionate and forward-thinking people person
  • Can demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills
  • Have the desire to develop their own skills
  • Have a strong understanding of all dietary and legislative requirements
