Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and deadlines?

We're on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Interim Payroll and Pensions Lead to join our friendly and dedicated Accounts and Payroll team for between 6 to 9 months.

In this pivotal temporary role, you'll report to the Senior Financial Analyst and Payroll Manager, taking full ownership of our end-to-end payroll and pensions processes, currently managed in-house using Sage Payroll. At St Michael's Hospice we offer a friendly, team orientated work environment – a good pension scheme with the option to continue any existing NHS pension scheme membership, an Employee Assistance Programme, Benenden Healthcare, up to 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, subsidised employee meals and free refreshments, free parking, supportive supervision and a proactive Education Department to support with your development. Hospice employees also qualify for a Blue Light Card with access to a huge array of discounts.
