CS Global Partners is a leading consultancy providing high-net-worth individuals and families with citizenship and residency solutions. We work closely with governments to increase their foreign direct investment, and advise professionals on the best citizenship and residency programmes for their clients. 

Position Overview:

Internal Sales

The role will look at supporting the Business Development and Digital Marketing Team with a high focus on Business Development Marketing. Communication skills, adaptability,  analytical and strategic thinking are likely to be essential.

Objectives of the role

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, online research and digital marketing generated leads.
  • Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company's offerings.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's Investment migration products and services.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales tactics.

Your tasks

  • Handle and qualify B2C and B2B inbound sales inquiries and assist the Business Development team with the sales pipeline.
  • Assisting with management and lead qualification of enquiries through incoming communication channels such as WhatsApp.
  • Make outbound calls to potential partners to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the company's solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for partners.
  • Assist with the development of plans to build relationships with B2B market and create/nurture partnerships.
  • Track performance metrics
    and provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed
  • analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage follow-up processes for the Business Development Team to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Provide sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand a database of current and potential customers in the CRM system (Zoho CRM).
  • Assist with updating our CRM system, including reporting and monitoring of sale process, automations and sales funnel.
  • Assist events team with the distribution of collateral to clients, monitoring and outreach to databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in sales, real estate, finance, or immigration consulting.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software is advantageous (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge and understanding of market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Expertise in the B2C and B2B sales process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for global citizenship, travel, and international business.
