As the cyber threat landscape continues to evolve, Saepio is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for top-notch cybersecurity solutions. To support our growth, we are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join our Internal Sales Team.

What will you be doing?

You'll be the driving force behind your aligned Account Managers — keeping deals moving, clients happy, and revenue growing. You'll combine operational precision with commercial awareness to make sure every customer interaction counts and every opportunity is maximised.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll support the full sales cycle. From quote to close, renewal to upsell, ensuring our clients experience the full value of Saepio.

  • Sales Execution:
    Partner with Account Managers to raise quotes, process orders, and ensure every deal runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Client Delivery:
    Support the delivery of solutions that drive measurable value and reduce risk for our clients.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Take part in service review meetings and help build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Renewals & Upsells:
    Manage contract renewals and proactively uncover opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Partner Collaboration:
    Build and nurture relationships within our vendor and partner ecosystem to strengthen our joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Operational Support:
    Manage key administrative tasks, deal registrations, and business justifications that keep our commercial engine running.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Facilitate the smooth transition from sales to customer success, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Process Improvement:
    Spot inefficiencies, suggest better ways of working, and help implement scalable improvements.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Work closely with Account Managers to help hit sales targets and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

About You

You are organised, commercially savvy, and people driven. You thrive in a busy environment, love working with customers, and takes pride in getting things done right.

  • You have at least 1 years' experience in a customer-facing or internal sales role.
  • You have strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
  • You're driven, curious, and ambitious, with a passion for learning and growing your career.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, building trust with both clients and colleagues.
  • You're organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • You're comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite and quick to pick up new systems.
  • You're a team player who brings energy, positivity, and collaboration to everything you do
