The role of Business Applications Support Analyst
Technology is a critical enabler at The Gap Partnership, underpinning every aspect of business operations and playing a pivotal role in achieving strategic objectives. In a fast-evolving professional services environment, our technology stack must not only support day-to-day operations but also empower the business to innovate, scale, and stay ahead of the curve.
In this role, you will play a key role in keeping our core business applications running at their best. You'll be the bridge between technology and operations — supporting teams, solving issues, and ensuring our applications evolve with the business.
Day to day you'll:
- Be our Salesforce 360 champion — supporting, maintaining, developing and optimizing the platform.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and carry out root cause analysis across our applications.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to ensure our systems meet business needs.
- Support application integrations, enhancements, and contribute to technology roadmap projects.
- Work with vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with data protection and ISO27001 standards.
- Drive process improvements and champion ITIL best practices.
About You:
- Certified Salesforce Developer or Administrator, experience with the Salesforce 360 ecosystem is essential.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, support, and integrations.
- A proactive, adaptable, and people-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates well
- Knowledge of other systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP Concur, Egencia Travel, Workday Adaptive, and Boomi is a plus, but we'll develop your skills here.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
