Role Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced 
Print Designer
 to work closely with our Design Team—primarily within the Soft Wovens department—to 
lead and drive our print collections
. This London-based role requires someone with a strong understanding of high-street fashion and a proven ability to design commercially successful prints.

The ideal candidate will bring 
strong leadership skills
, confidently managing the entire print process from concept through to final production. This includes handling technical artwork requirements, resolving print-related issues, and working directly with print mills to ensure the highest standards are met. Excellent organisational skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking designer to take ownership of the print direction and play a key role in shaping our seasonal collections.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Print Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion prints
  • Confident in managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD tools, and relevant design software; familiarity with Shutterstock or similar image libraries.
  • Excellent sense of color, print composition, and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Degree in Fashion, Textile Design, or a related discipline; fluent in English.
