As our Bartender, you will put a fresh spin on classic tea-inspired cocktails and signature drinks. We are looking for someone with a passionate and very hospitable approach to customer service.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start from 17th November onwards.

Where are we located?

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We've got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we're just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:
  • Creativity: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages & be part of a creative team
  • Customer service excellence: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.04 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
