About our client
A European focused private investment fund is currently seeking to hire a HR Operations & Payroll Associate to join its London office. The firm, which is well established within the industry, have a very targeted investment approach, focusing on multiple asset classes across the European market. Having recently made a number of exciting new acquisitions, the firm is focused on continuing to expand its portfolio, continuously considering new asset classes.

What the job involves
As the HR Operations & Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for a diverse range of HR operations activity whilst leading on payroll processes across the firm's offices. Within the role, you will work closely and report into the Head of HR, collaborating regularly with finance, legal and a number of key external providers.

  • Administration of on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits
  • Documentation writing such as contracts, offer letters, family leave letters
  • Regulatory compliance and certification
  • Policy review and documentation
  • Performance process support
  • HR operating manual and trackers
  • Supporting on internal L&D initiatives
  • Payroll process management

Who we are looking for

  • Previous HR operations experience gained within the financial or professional services sectors
  • Previous experience working within private equity would be advantageous
  • Proven payroll processing experience across multiple offices
  • Previous benefits and third-party vendor management
