This leading US and international law firm have a couple of excellent opportunities for further Associates to join their thriving and market leading Investment Funds practice in London. Their high-level team focusses on advising major private capital businesses (including private fund sponsors, investors and investment houses) on fund formation and operations, with work spanning the structuring, formation and fund-raising of private funds across a range of sectors, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private credit. The team also advise on incentive compensation, internal governance arrangements and regulatory compliance (including in relation to the AIFMD, marketing regulations and ESG regulation). They are seeking individuals with relevant post qualification experience, gained preferably within the London market or a similar Common Law jurisdiction. You'll ideally have, and be keen to continue developing, diverse skills across the full spectrum of asset management work, including fund formation, investor representation, M&A and regulatory advice. Excellent experience in managing client relationships and the interpersonal skills to fit into a collegiate team will be needed, along with a strong career history to date, and stand-out academic credentials.
