What you'll do
- Support individuals with their daily routines and personal goals
- Provide emotional reassurance and practical guidance
- Encourage independence through skills-building and positive daily routines
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team alongside healthcare professionals
- Keep clear, accurate notes and contribute to personalised care plans
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's experience in mental health, social care, or support work
- Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
- A commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- (Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care; training in trauma-informed or recovery-focused approaches)
Shifts available
- Day: 8am–6pm
- Day: 9am–9pm
- Sleep-in: 6pm–8am
- Weekend work required
