What you'll do

  • Support individuals with their daily routines and personal goals
  • Provide emotional reassurance and practical guidance
  • Encourage independence through skills-building and positive daily routines
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team alongside healthcare professionals
  • Keep clear, accurate notes and contribute to personalised care plans

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in mental health, social care, or support work
  • Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • (Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care; training in trauma-informed or recovery-focused approaches)

Shifts available

  • Day: 8am–6pm
  • Day: 9am–9pm
  • Sleep-in: 6pm–8am
  • Weekend work required
