ISL are opening a new support living service in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. The service will be dedicated to empower individuals with complex mental health needs. The service will support 7 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. Our aim is to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you'll do:

You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:

· Supporting with medication management

· Teaching and encouraging life skills

· Assisting with daily living tasks

· Facilitating community access and engagement

· Providing emotional support

· Helping manage tenancies

· Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support

Who we're looking for:

We need part-time (23.5 hours) and bank (zero hour contract) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota and working an on call rota. Full induction will be provided.

Additional Information:

· All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

· We do not offer sponsorship

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour
