What you’ll do Provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Supporting with medication management Teaching and encouraging life skills Assisting with daily living tasks Facilitating community access and engagement Providing emotional support Helping manage tenancies Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support Who we’re looking for We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided.
