Working in a variety of locations our teams of passionate and charity-focussed sales representatives speak to members of the public and inspire them to sign up as donors to our amazing charity partner

What will a day as a Hotstep Soliutions Brand Ambassador look like?

Working with Hotstep Solutions is an awesome experience A fundraiser's job is to work in different locations each week. Alongside your team, you will engage with people and inspire them to make a real difference for one of the world's largest and most well-known charities

We provide full training and mentor you along the way to develop all the important skills.

All fundraisers receive a starting annual salary package of £12.50ph plus bonuses on top of their pay based on performance with opportunities to progress quickly into team leader and management roles We are an extremely social company with teams enjoying regular social events, incentives and company parties and events, so you'll have loads of fun along the way

• Full-Time Hours Expected (zero hour contract) Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm
• Hourly starting rate of £ Incredible Bonuses
• Regular socials and events Competitions and regular socials
• Career progression into senior fundraiser roles
• Mentoring and guidance in this exciting career pathway

• Able to work from 9am - 5pm daily?
• A UK citizen / Permanent Resident OR currently holding a valid full-time work visa
• In Birmingham or surrounds and able to travel to new locations each week?
• In the UK, candidates outside of the UK at the time of application will not be considered
• Confident, outgoing with a bubbly personality
• Are passionate about charities and the incredible work they do
