The Opportunity

As Country Manager UK, you'll play a pivotal leadership role. You'll be responsible for accelerating our UK market presence, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Market:
    Own and execute the go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth and profitability in the region.
  • Drive Sales Excellence:
    Ensure robust territory and account planning, driving revenue, order intake, and key performance targets across direct and partner sales.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and inspire the UK sales team — fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Strategic Customer Engagement:
    Personally drive a select number of key and enterprise accounts, building deep, long-term customer relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align strategies and deliver exceptional value.
  • Operational Leadership:
    Oversee the local office, representing the company internally and externally as a strong ambassador for our brand and culture.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Engage with the Product team to ensure the company's offerings align with UK market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Corporate Contribution:
    Play an active role in corporate initiatives across the Nordics and UK, contributing to regional strategy and execution.

You are an accomplished commercial leader with a proven ability to scale technology-driven businesses. You combine strong strategic acumen with a hands-on approach to sales leadership, and you thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
