The Role

We're hiring a Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee roofing projects from estimate to completion. You'll ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget — while maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting your team to deliver quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage roofing contracts and ensure timely completion

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and site teams

  • Handle budgets, material scope and safety compliance

  • Oversee quality control and ensure company standards are met

  • Provide accurate reporting and maintain clear communication across teams

About You

  • Proven experience in roofing or construction management

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and client relationship management

  • Ability to lead a small team and work independently

  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
