As part of our continued growth, we're looking for experienced Cold Callers to join our fast-paced, friendly team.

The Role

You'll be speaking with homeowners across the UK, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and booking appointments for our energy consultants. This is a target-driven role ideal for confident communicators who know how to turn a conversation into an opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound cold calls to warm and cold leads
  • Engaging homeowners and qualifying their interest in solar energy
  • Booking appointments for our sales team
  • Updating CRM systems accurately
  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly call/booking targets

Requirements:

  • Must have previous cold calling experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive phone manner
  • Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems or call tracking software
