The Role: Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

Reporting to the MD of Bridging, you'll own business development across the North West, targeting brokers, introducers, and property professionals. Your mission: originate high-quality bridging loans, expand market presence, and position the company as the lender of choice for complex, time-sensitive cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through strong relationships with brokers, IFAs, accountants, solicitors, and property professionals.
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for introducers, ensuring a seamless lending journey from enquiry to completion.
  • Promote and position the lender's bridging proposition as the go-to solution for complex funding scenarios.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed origination targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape sales strategies in line with market demands.
