Fully qualified dental receptionist/nurse/treatment coordinator:

Must be a fully qualified GDC registered dental nurse

Salary: depends on experience

We are looking for a fully GDC registered dental nurse/receptionist/treatment coordinator to join our exciting fully private dental practice. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy fully private clinic.

Main Duties

  • Front house reception: greeting patients, taking calls, follow up calls/emails, taking payments, leads management
  • Providing customer service for patients at the clinic
  • Managing referred patients and referral clinics
  • Diary management
  • Organising payments plans and financial applications
  • Specialists letters management
  • Keeping a track record of payments
  • Keeping a track record of leads
  • Proactively using SOE and ensuring all information is recorded correctly
  • Overseeing ordering process
  • Managing staff members and allocating tasks
  • Overseeing staff members' duties and performance
  • Organising specialists' payments
  • Managing deliveries
  • Meeting monthly revenue targets
  • Reporting to the business manager and assisting in setting up monthly goals

Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft office competency
  • SOE experience
  • TCO experience: putting through finance applications, setting up payment schedules and appointment planning, managing patient expectations and concerns, getting referrals, patient end of treatment care plans. Providing a comfortable experience for our patients.
  • Good sales skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Organised and driven individual to help the growth of the practice

This role will suit someone with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. You must also have an excellent command of the English language and exceptional customer service skills.
