*FT Position - Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM*

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Head Dental Receptionist to join us at our high street practice in Islington. Our practice is an award winning, highly established and reputable 18 surgery mixed dental clinic located only a short walk from Angel station.

You will be joining a great practice team, led by our three Clinical Partners, and Practice Manager, Steph. The successful candidate will be a fundamental part of the future success of the business.

About the role:

  • Lead the reception team and ensure a smooth and efficient front-of-house operation
  • Oversee financial and administrative processes, diary management and patient experience
  • Support the practice manager with receptionist related duties and act as the key link between receptionist and management
  • Provide weekly updates to the partners and practice manager

About you:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Previous experience of working as a Dental Receptionist is crucial for this position
  • Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality
  • You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
