About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-orientated Assistant & Live Events Supervisor to support our company directors and help manage our wellness teams across casinos, corporate events, and international poker festivals.

This role blends recruitment, event supervision, client coordination, wellness industry operations, and content creation. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage Stage 1 recruitment of therapists and wellness professionals, including CV screening and first-round video interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates for director-level Stage 2 interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding: verify qualifications, insurance and DBS checks, and monitor/track renewal dates.
  • Headhunt talent across Europe using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Client Coordination & Corporate Bookings
  • Respond to incoming corporate wellness enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare pricing for wellness bookings, packages, and event requirements.
  • Coordinate therapist schedules, confirm availability, and ensure attendance for all confirmed bookings.
  • Team Oversight & Event Supervision
  • Conduct spot checks at partnered casinos to support therapists and liaise with casino management.
  • Attend and supervise international poker events, ensuring smooth delivery of services and team performance.
  • Support wellness activations onsite and maintain high operational standards.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and post engaging stories, reels, and TikToks during and between events.
  • Use Canva for quick-turnaround promotional content.Bookkeeping & AdministrationCarry out weekly basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and ensure accurate financial record keeping.Experience & Skills Required
  • Essential: Strong customer service backgroundExperience with Canva
  • Confident using Instagram, TikTok and similar platformsComfortable with late-night and shift-based work during live events
  • Highly trustworthy with exceptional professionalism
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Fast-Track Advantages

  • Level 3 massage qualification (or higher)
  • Fluency in SpanishWellness certifications such as Pilates, Yoga, Sound Healing, or Run Club Leadership
  • European nationality (you must already have full Right to Work in the UK)

Compensation

Salary: £28,000 per year

Performance Bonus: £5,000 per year for meeting defined recruitment and social media targets

Additional Pay: Extra compensation for delivering wellness sessions at live events (if qualified)
