Core Maintenance are part of Core Media Services UK Ltd.
We provide tailored responsive and planned maintenance services to a portfolio of homes nationwide.
The Position
We now have an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled operative to join our growing team.
You will have a strong customer focused commitment, along with the desire to provide a service of high quality right first-time work, ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction on all repairs carried out
Location
The role will require travel to and around different sites daily in London and surrounding counties.
The Role
Investigating and completing repairs and maintenance to properties to a high standard:
- Repairs and maintenance in properties including but not limited to: Caulking,Silicone & Mastic repairs.
- Basic painting and decorating.
- And other general make goods.
- New build Sparkle cleans
Perform necessary and important cleaning activities internally and externally.
- General gardening (Lawn mowing / strimming / hedge trimming)
- Performing completion cleans on new build properties ready for handover.
The job role will include the specified responsibilities above, but not limited to these.
Role Criteria
- Experience in property repairs and new build sparkle cleans within the new build sector is preferred.
- Attention to detail
- Pride in delivering high quality standards.
- Be positive and proactive in your approach to work.
- Excellent time management skills
- An ability to work on own initiative and go the extra mile for the customer.
- Good communicator and customer centric.
- Able to record data and information accurately
- Good IT skills
- Ensure you comply with all aspects of health and safety and follow all Core's company policies and procedures.
- DBS Check Required
- CSCS Card desired
- Full Clean driving licence.

Pay: £31,200.00-£36,400.00 per year
