Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Greater London. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant relations, property maintenance, coordinating repairs and refurbishments, and managing lettings. Other responsibilities include ensuring properties are compliant with regulations, preparing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, Tenant Relations, and Property Maintenance skills
  • Experience in coordinating repairs, refurbishments, and managing lettings
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and property inspections
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and manage property-related documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the uk real estate industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field is beneficial
