Job description

Victor Michael is looking for a Property Manager to work in the Property Management department located in Stratford E15. The Property Manager will work alongside the current Property Managers in order to learn the process and procedures. We are seeking a candidate with the potential to be able to manage a portfolio of between properties once trained.

The Role:

  • You will managing a portfolio of between properties
  • Arranging compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC.
  • Applying for PRPL - Private Rented property Licences with various boroughs.
  • Booking and checking Management Inspections
  • Negotiating the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required
  • Advising utility companies when properties coming available
  • Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
  • Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
  • Day to day correspondence
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Serving of section 8 and 21 notices
  • Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
  • Process re referencing with Home Let

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and required to work one Saturday a month from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Salary: (Depending on experience)

Must be based in East London
