Little Lambs Nursery is a new, purpose-built early years setting opening in January 2026 on a working farm, offering rich, nature-connected learning in a peaceful rural location.

We're on the lookout for Level 2 Early Years Practitioners to join our Nursery supporting the care and development of children aged 0–3 in our first dedicated space for up to 24 children.

Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver warm, responsive, and high-quality care to babies aged 0–3
  • Plan and carry out engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
  • Observe and record children's learning in line with the EYFS
  • Communicate confidently with families and contribute to a culture of trust and care
  • Work closely with the Room Lead and wider team to deliver a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment
  • Embrace the unique opportunities offered by our farm-based location – including outdoor play, animal interactions, and fresh-air learning

About You

You are:

  • Fun, outgoing, creative, and genuinely passionate about early years care
  • A team player with a warm and professional communication style
  • Comfortable in a busy, active setting and confident caring for young babies
  • Eager to learn and grow as part of a new nursery team
  • Comfortable working to high standards of safeguarding and compliance
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Childcare
  • Newly qualified practitioners are welcome to apply
