Technical Sales Consultant

Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £28,000 basic plus OTE

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a growing Wakefield-based company as a Technical Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships, deliver outstanding service, and help customers unlock the full value of innovative products and solutions.

As a Technical Sales Consultant, you'll be the frontline representative of the business - supporting clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our technology and how it benefits customers
  • Follow up on inbound leads to identify and secure high-value opportunities
  • Identify, nurture, and qualify prospects from target lists
  • Use outbound methods such as calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects, converting them into qualified opportunities

  • Comfortable with outbound outreach including social selling, cold calling, and email marketing
