Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Educator to join our close-knit team. You will play a vital role in supporting children's development through creative learning, play-based activities, and nurturing care. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the nursery's journey from the early stages and be part of a team that truly values collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children aged 6 months-5 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Maintain a high standard of health, safety, and hygiene at all times.
  • Contribute to the warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere of our nursery.

About You:

  • Hold a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Creative, caring, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
