We're looking for a proactive, numerate and creative Marketing Assistant to join our busy marketing team.

You'll play a key role in producing engaging content, catalogues, email campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials — all while maintaining our brand's high standards across every channel.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, design, and organisation, looking to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting in the creation of catalogues, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Supporting social media channels — creating posts, monitoring engagement, and replying to comments
  • Influencer outreach - Research and identify relevant influencers, manage outreach, and track and report on influencer campaign performance
  • Helping to plan and set up marketing campaigns
  • Proofreading and checking content for accuracy and brand consistency
  • Compiling and distributing reports to monitor campaign performance
  • Analysing and interpreting data to support marketing decisions
  • Co-ordinating product set-up, pricing, and updates
  • Organising client visits and supporting promotional events
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver on marketing goals and deadlines

Key skills

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commercially aware and able to adapt to challenges as they arise
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn
  • A positive, proactive attitude

Experience in a marketing or administrative role would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to grow are even more important.
