Wash A Bin Ltd and Cleanaxis are fast-growing cleaning and property-maintenance companies based in Peterborough. We provide wheelie-bin cleaning, window cleaning, gutter services, domestic & commercial cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning and more. We are looking for a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to support daily operations.

We are seeking a motivated Personal Assistant who can assist with admin duties, client communication, bookings, and content creation. You will also help with researching new equipment, ordering supplies, and supporting the owner with general business tasks.

  • Answer calls, messages and enquiries on the work phone
  • Manage bookings, scheduling and client communications
  • Respond to customers through social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
  • Film and capture content for marketing and social media posts
  • Assist with posting content, responding to comments and maintaining online presence
  • Provide administrative support to the business owner
  • Keep organised records of appointments and client information
  • General support across all areas of the business
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident using social media
  • Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
  • Basic filming/content creation skills (training can be provided)
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Able to work well in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in admin, PA, or customer service roles
  • Experience with creating content or managing social media

  • Good knowledge of Peterborough

  • £200 per week
