Marketing Assistant – Creative, Tech-Savvy & Ready to Make an Impact

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing department across Microbyte, White Label IT, and The Podcast Lounge. This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life - from social campaigns and email marketing to video production and brand assets.

You'll work closely with our Content & Marketing Producer to plan and execute campaigns that help us grow brand awareness, support our partners, and showcase our expertise in IT, managed services, and media. This is an exciting time to be joining the team as we build out our marketing goals and strategies. Your experience and ideas will be integral to our ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with marketing campaign ideation and execution across multiple brands
  • Create and schedule social media content (text, images, video, and stories, using Agorapulse and similar scheduling apps)
  • Help design and edit marketing assets (graphics, carousels, PDFs, presentations, etc.)
  • Engage and respond to audiences across our social platforms
  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automations
  • Assist with video production in our very own high-end studio - from planning and filming to editing and publishing
  • Track campaign performance and contribute creative ideas for improvement
  • Work with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and quality across all channels
  • Be responsible for helping us continue to drive growth for our newest business, The Podcast Lounge, working closely with the team to produce fun bonus material, podcasts and generate social media content

What We're Looking For

  • A creative thinker with a good eye for design and storytelling
  • Confident with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,
  • Experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Some knowledge of email platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in tech, media, or podcasting is a big plus
  • Experience in marketing roles and/or marketing degrees
  • Some knowledge of video production and editing (not required but highly welcomed)
  • A positive and personable attitude working with different teams within the business and with our external clients
