About us

Since 1995, we have awarded over £840 million to charitable organisations working to tackle inequality and injustice across London. We bridge London, we connect communities.

The role

We are recruiting a Programme and Partnerships Manager to join our Funding Team, with a focus on Racial Justice. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver our new funding policy, Standing with Londoners, and to contribute to meaningful change across London's civil society.

This maternity cover post will play a key role in supporting the development and launch of our Racial Justice funding programme. You will contribute to programme development and delivery, applying City Bridge Foundation's values, theory of change, inclusive design principles and engagement with funded organisations and sector stakeholders. The post holder will also manage a portfolio of grants, ensuring high levels of service and support and applying inclusive grant-making practices. You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to monitor sector developments, and champion equity and justice in all aspects of your work.

There will also be an opportunity to contribute to work across the wider Programme and Partnerships Team, exploring opportunities for crossover and collaboration on access to justice, economic justice, and climate and environmental justice.

About you
