Position:

We are seeking a strategic, visionary and relationship-driven leader to shape and expand Lumos' global programme partnerships. This is a highly influential role, perfect for someone who thrives in global collaboration, can navigate complex systems and is passionate about child rights and sustainable care reform.

Requirements:

As Head of Programme Partnership, you will:

  • Drive the expansion of Lumos' partnership portfolio aligned with our 10-Year Ambition.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with governments, donors, NGOs and global child-rights actors.
  • Guide co-created programme design, implementation and evaluation across multiple regions.
  • Strengthen Lumos' presence on the global stage, representing us in high-level forums and alliances.
  • Oversee knowledge-sharing, learning, and impact measurement to support scaling and replication.
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, excellence and innovation.

This role involves international travel and offers a unique opportunity to influence systemic reform at scale, changing outcomes for children worldwide.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in child protection, care reform or international development (7–10+ years).
  • Skilled in partnership-building, negotiation and influencing at senior levels.
  • Confident leading multi-country programmes and cross-cultural teams.
  • A strategic thinker who turns vision into measurable impact.
  • Passionate about children's rights, driven by collaboration, equity and sustainability.
