Duties
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure messaging consistency and manage online reputation effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimise ad campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with organisational goals and branding guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to analyse data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A recognised qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications or related fields is desirable but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment where innovative ideas are valued, providing an excellent platform for professional growth within digital communications.
