Duties

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, comments, and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
  • Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure messaging consistency and manage online reputation effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and optimise ad campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with organisational goals and branding guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Ability to analyse data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A recognised qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications or related fields is desirable but not essential.
