MPM Wristbands is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and distributors of Wristbands & Lanyards supplying our customers for over 15 years. We work with some of the biggest brand names in the UK and the world providing wristbands and event consumables to some of the UK's largest stadiums, charities, brands and clubs. Our client base is varied and our projects are exciting.

The role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join the team and lead our digital campaigns - Social Media Marketing, GoogleAds, Email Marketing and SEO.

The position encourages free thinking and offers a base to create and construct your own ideas and campaigns with free run to test and develop. We like fresh input and it will always be welcomed.

We're a lovely mixed bunch, we regularly order take away and there is always a selection of Disco, 80s, 90s and all other types of music on the go. Don't forget, there is always one of the dogs relaxing on the sofa.

We are happy to explore an employed or freelance position. This position could be a mixture of remote and onsite working ranging from part time to full time.

Key skills/Experience:

· Be able to communicate efficiently, politely and directly via email, on the phone and in person.

· Be able to work to strict deadlines.

· Drive and have your own vehicle.

· Be confident within yourself and your personal goals & objectives.

· Be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

· Operate with a high level of professionalism.

· Have the constant desire to learn and improve.

· Be of a positive mindset.

· Experience in SEO strategy planning, executing and managing campaigns.

· Experience in b2b email marketing strategy planning, executing and managing campaigns.

· Experience in blogging and content creation.

· Experience in GoogleAds strategy planning, executing and managing campaigns.

· Experience in social media management – Instagram and TikTok etc.

· Have the ability to extract data from the campaigns, present it for review and then build from the results.

· You must be dog friendly as there are always dogs in the office big and small.
