Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
- Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee website management using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers to foster community growth.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing visual content that aligns with branding guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to B2B marketing efforts.
- Lead initiatives in B2B marketing strategies, focusing on building strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Organise email marketing campaigns using industry-standard platforms; segment audiences for targeted messaging.
- Monitor industry developments in IT and digital marketing tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in management, project management within a marketing context.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across digital channels.
- Effective social media management skills across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong communication skills in English; able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- IT literacy with a good understanding of digital tools relevant to contemporary marketing practices.
- Time management skills enabling prioritisation of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
