Opened on 1 July 2025, J&J Therapy is a modern, welcoming clinic in New Malden. Since opening, many patients have chosen our service and shared consistently positive feedback. We provide evidence‑based MSK physiotherapy with a clear emphasis on high‑quality manual therapy and structured exercise‑based rehabilitation.

The Role (Part‑Time, Permanent)

• Working pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Sunday, 09:00–19:00 (1‑hour unpaid break)
• Contract: 3 days per week (fixed) with scope to grow as demand increases
• Clinical focus: Outpatient MSK assessment, hands‑on manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and patient education in a private, well‑equipped setting (including electrotherapy and shockwave)

Onboarding: You'll learn and deliver J&J Therapy's core manual‑therapy style so that care remains consistent, effective and patient‑centred across the team.Salary & Incentives

• Base salary (3 days/week): £2,000 per month (gross, pro‑rata)
• Probation: 6‑month probation. No commission is paid during probation.
• Commission (starts after probation; monthly, on net revenue):
• £0–£4,800: 0%
• £4,800–£6,600: 10%
• £6,600–£7,800: 15%
• £7,800+ : 20%
• Path to full‑time: As caseload grows, transition to 5 days/week can be discussed. If/when full‑time, the full‑time scheme applies (0% up to £8,000, 10% £8,000–£11,000, 15% £11,000–£13,000, 20% £13,000+ per month, net revenue).
• Indicative earnings: Once past probation and with a steady diary, current clinicians typically receive monthly incentives averaging around £500–£700+ (varies with bookings, mix of cases and pricing). Figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive MSK care: History, assessment, clinical reasoning, diagnosis and individualised treatment planning
• Hands‑on treatment: Confident, skilful manual therapy as a core element of care
• Rehabilitation: Goal‑oriented exercise prescription, load management and staged return‑to‑function
• Patient education: Clear self‑management and injury‑prevention advice
• Clinical governance: Accurate notes, outcome tracking and professional standards (digital charting)
• Teamwork & consistency: Adopt and provide J&J Therapy's manual‑therapy style following structured onboarding; collaborate respectfully with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care

What We're Looking For

Essential

• HCPC‑registered Physiotherapist (outpatient MSK experience)
• Strong manual therapy skills with evidence‑based practice
• English (fluent) – clear, reassuring communication (spoken & written)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Massage skills (e.g., sports/Swedish/lymphatic)
• Pilates‑based rehabilitation experience
• Shockwave therapy exposure (training can be supported)
• Women's‑health focused care, antenatal/postnatal manual & specialist care, paediatric/infant MSK
• Cliniko EMR/charting experience; private medical insurance claims/billing experience
• Korean language skills are strongly preferred
