Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Private Specialist Community Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services through home visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the assessment and treatment of conditions related to their chosen specialty. Having experience in community-based care is ideal but not necessary. Being upto date on evidence based practice and providing a client-centered, personable approach to care is essential. Our roles are largely autonomous, knowledge of red flags is highly important.

It is essential that the candidate already resides in or around Epsom and has NHS or 1+ years of UK private practice experience. Please do not apply if you do not live within or around Epsom - this is not a relocation role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients in their home environment.

• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide hands-on manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises where needed.

• Educate clients and their families on techniques for managing their conditions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care where needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Support clients in achieving their performance and functional goals.

Qualifications:

• A recognised degree in Physiotherapy and valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• CSP Insurance

• DBS (Enhanced)

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a community or home health setting, but not essential.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
