URGENT Domiciliary Female Care Workers Wanted Drivers & own car

Job Summary:-

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, in meeting their person centred care needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being and comfort of our clients in their own homes. This position involve tasks such as medication administration, meal preparation, personal care and providing specialized care for individuals with dementia or in hospice care. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in people's lives, we would love to have you on board.

YOU MUST BE A CAR DRIVER AND OWN A CAR

Duties:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming of clients in their own homes

- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals

- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met

- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or in hospice care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of basic caregiving principles and practices

- Ability to operate mobility aids

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs
