What You'll do?
The Human Resources Officer will have a multifaceted position, responsible for both Human Resources and Payroll functions.
The Cluster HR Officer reports directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager and works closely with the leadership team across the Cluster in driving the below:
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters, escalating when necessary to the Cluster HR Manager.
- Support management in coaching, training, and development of employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the Cluster.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Collaborate with Cluster HR Coordinators and other team members to ensure cohesive HR operations.
- Actively participate in property and Cluster meetings, initiatives, and TakeCare/ARC activities.

- Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred
