We are looking for a confident, proactive
New Enquiries Executive
to join our Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, turning enquiries into instructions through brilliant service, strong communication, and a genuine understanding of what clients need.

This is a sales role dealing with warm inbound leads -

Basic salary: £22,500

Performance Bonus: £100 for every 10 conversions over 100 each month. Realistic OTE £1000 a month bonus.

This is a 35 hours a week position, Monday - Friday.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to new client enquiries, providing accurate quotes and converting them into instructions
  • Following up on leads via phone and email, ensuring no opportunity is missed
  • Managing your own diary and workload to keep things moving quickly and efficiently
  • Tracking reasons for declined instructions and feeding insights back to the Business Development team
  • Keeping our CRM up to date with all activity and proactively using it to identify opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and internal teams
  • Taking ownership of client care issues, resolving them quickly and professionally
  • Supporting colleagues across the New Instructions and Business Development teams to hit shared goals

What we are looking for

  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in an inbound, sales-focused role (legal or property experience ideal but not essential)
  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
  • Strong IT skills with experience using CRM or case management systems
  • Organised, self-motivated, and great at prioritising when things get busy
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service while meeting targets

It would be a bonus if you have

  • Experience in a law firm, estate agency, or another professional services business
  • Exposure to cross-selling or multi-departmental environments
